Any neighborhood that would let 20 dogs roam free around their neighborhood is one big crap-hole.

That would have described the neighborhood where my cattle are pastured, a rural ghetto of 7 or 8 trailer houses on about 70 acres adjoining our place. Pits, Chows, Husky, and a mixture of Catahoula Cur hybrids with Pit predominating.
