I have never paid a red light ticket. If they send a ticket in the mail I throw it in the trash.
I did the same with the one I got and I never heard another word.
What form did the letter take? Did it show some irrefutable evidence that the light was red when you went through the intersection, or did it just say, "here's a picture of you in your car."?
