I use an old oil stone that I got from a machine shop lubed with gun oil, followed by a few scrapes across a steel. I’ve found that Patients and experience are the best. A good guy with a crappy stone will get better results than a fellow who’s impatient with a good stone. Get a decent stone, and turn on a good movie, and take your time. 7mm
