Geez, no photos allowed on County property. I always thought that would be PUBLIC property… paid for by citizens (who also pay for county employees and LEO’s). Go figure.
Yes, you can absolutely photograph anything in public. There is no legal expectation of privacy in public. You can photograph or film any county property as long as you aren’t photographing classified information.
