I don’t even understand why this is a conversation these days. Same as the fuqqing idiots who dump litters of kittens at farms, assuming the farmer wants them. Most get shot.
AFA breeders and competition, here in Canada it’s illegal for a breeder to sell a dog as “purebred” if they don’t supply the papers. Federal law. I wouldn’t be surprised that it’s the same in the US.
