Going from my limited knowledge, I’m thinking it’s a 3” Parrot due to the lead band at the base of the shell.
Those shells will stick around a long time.
IIRC, there was a shell lodged in a tree on Culp’s Hill.
Lightning hit the tree, I think 1983, and set it off!
