Astrodynamicist Campfire Greenhorn A Joined: Dec 2019 Posts: 88	Mine would be a 1A, either a factory stock 6.5x55 or a 7x57 in the AH configuration that I had made a couple of years ago. Both carry and point easily, with a slight advantage to the 2" shorter barrel of the 6.5x55. Both are accurate with the right handloads, with a consistent advantage to the 7x57. The 7x57 is clocking over 2850 fps with RL-19 behind the 150 Partition and dropped a big mulie buck with authority this past season. The Swede shoots the 140 Partition almost as well with RL-22, but I haven't clocked it yet. It has killed whitetail and pronghorn with equal authority. Probably a dead tie in nostalgia and cool factor. I could be happy with either one for the hunting I do.
