I was/am not a follower of anyone on this issue but, yeah, I can state some ways the craze has caused me to suffer - like having to watch apparently sensible people bow to the testing pressure and screw up their lives as well as our social norms; like forcibly being cut off from friends and loved ones and deprived of excellent/enjoyable pursuits; like watching a nasty plot unfold and seeing our government manipulate people using falsehoods, scare tactics and nonsensical "rewards". How is that for a start?
