If I complete my membership application by using iron sights do I get an oak leak cluster to hook onto my patch?

Haven't connected with this one yet, but not for lack of trying. (Original 1929-vintage Springfield M1903 NRA Sporter. Bought from the grandson of the original owner who carried it on his annual pilgrimages to Kodiak Island in the 1930's. Supposedly accounted for more than a few bears so it definitely has good ju-ju for at least a couple more run-of-the-mill whitetails back East here.)
