Ever been in NY State? This sort of BS is nothing new in that state... even Nazi Germany was not as screwed up in corruption as New York State is.. it was screwed up even way back in the early 70s when I was in College, and had to pass thru NY State, in my travels from Virginia ( home ) to my college in Massachusetts.
