In my .338 my all time favorite load in the thick stuff or in Africa is the 300 gr. Woodleigh, it really smacks'em down..
In the 375 I like that 350 gr. RN Woodleigh for elk and softer skin animals, again it smacks'em down. It also works well on buffalo in herd hunting as it stops on the off side skin expanded to the size of a quarter or bigger.... The 350 gr. PP Woodleigh is tops for buffalo with ample penetration for angle shots. I use the PP on bachlor bulls and the RN in herds..
