I can tell you without any doubt what so ever, it won't make one iota of difference which weight you use considering the way that big bore hammers buffalo. The Woodleighs work just fine and you couldn't pick a better bullet. It won't come apart but if it did it would scatter enough lead and copper around inside the bull to make him really sick...about like a handgranade..
