I have both the 350 and 358 and like them both. I'd say the 358 gets hunted a bit more and it's likely because of the package - it resides in a Brown Pounder with 22" tube, so it's likely in your 7.5 all-up weight range. I don't know what else is in your stable but like has been mentioned previously, you can load the 350 down to 358 but not vice versa - though not sure why you'd want to load it down. I'd not rule out picking up a M7 KS in 350 for a rig very much like you're describing.

Like Dober mentioned, your blueprint could pretty much start and end with MtnHntr's 350. Of course, you could build a Whelen too. cool
