The Remington Mtn. Guides are no longer available, but there's still a handfull of .243's and .308's at a few Ganders. The 7mm-08's are a little harder to come by, but I was able to buy a NIB one just a few months ago.
Very nice guns to carry/shoot, like Brad pointed out two posts up. I've also got a Stainless M7 in 7mm-08 with a 20" tube. I like the Guide guns balance better with it's stock and 22" tube.
Either gun should work out fairly well for you and won't break the bank.
