Well I think that "GERBER" is one of the very best knives one can purchase off the shelf of your local sporting good store. They certainly do hold and edge and are priced so even a poor man can afford one of them. I gave several away while in Africa and used them myself as well. The price of around $35 to $40 dollars is a very good one for the quality.
