I'm thinking the 6.5-06 has a lot more potential velocity with 140s.
The little 6.5 Creedmoor makes 2800+ fps with 140s, in factory loaded ammo.
The Creedmoor has 53 gr case capacity.
The 6.5-06 had 68 gr case capacity.
