You might have problems stabilizing the 105's in the factory Remington barrel. It is hit or miss with them. If you could find a donor action for a good price, buy an unfluted barrel, HS varmint stock, and a Vortex PST or HS scope. You should be pretty close to your budget number. Just depends on how good of a buy you get on the components.
