I was probably 8 or 9 at the time, we lived in southern California. We were getting the oil changed in my pops 62 Olds Starfire and walked over to Big 5 to pass the time. There was a Franchi Falconette Featherweight 20 O/U behind the counter. My Pop asked to see it. He said....I'll take it. I thought it odd as he was in a hurry. He even asked if they had the box. (which they did) We got out and he then told me what he had paid for it. 149.00.
I'm 52 and still have it, shoot doves with it ever September.
