Is there are question now, as to why anyone with ties to the Clinton's have such poor memories? I can tell you, if I am ever questioned about my ties to Trump, Pence or anyone that knows a Russian, my answer will now, and always be, "I don't recall" .

Good news for George Herbert Walker Bush: As of today, he is no longer the biggest wimp ever to serve as President of the United States.

Easy to be a smartazz. Not so easy to solve an actual problem with your opponent trying their damndest to prevent you from doing so.

I agree with SharpsGuy. Government is open. Workers get paid. If Peeeelosi & S don't negotiate in good faith by Feb 15. Government will shut down again or some other steps taken. I don't believe for a minute that Trump has caved and decided he won't get the wall.

yes, he'll get "some of the wall" and investments in all kinds of high-tech accouterments..

everyone will walk away a winner, and then we'll see what the next fight is all about.

meanwhile the workers are paying taxes, and working for market wages.

we're still fighting the drug wars...better technology will help.

are street prices for drugs headed up or down?

He spent his whole business career dealing with politicians trying to bend him over the table, especially Schumer. If anyone would have a handle on dealing with politicians it would be him. One does not build skyscrapers in NYC without dealing with people trying to screw you over.

I may not agree with every single thing Trump does.

But if Hillary were president, the brown shirts would be camped out in all our living rooms right now.

Try and stay focused. It was trump that caved, not Hillary.

When Trump leaves office and there is no wall, I will agree he caved.

And it was perfectly alright with Pelosi and Scumer to let people go without pay forever.

Don't underestimate the damage the Left inflicts.

Don't join the short sighted bro, Trump became a hero he got them paid, the dems showed they don't give a fuqk about anybody or anything but the agenda. Proven without a doubt.

Just watch what happens in 3 weeks.

Isn't that when Inspector General Horowitz is going to arrest every democrat in sight and clear Donald Trump of everything, genius?

Come to think of it, is IG Horowitz even the IG any longer? He may have died of old age by now.

How much wall. Will it still be a victory if the laws aren't changed and they keep coming?

That's pretty obvious. Who has actually fixed the problem though? Oh that's right, neither party. Ever ask yourself why?

thank you for your most subtle point.

there's all kinds of walls: physical, legal, man-made.

changing the laws that have failed us. what a concept.

so there's a combination of answers: physical walls, technology, and improvements in the law.

an improvement in the law, what a concept that is.

it looks like the congress in it's entirety is failing the tax-payers, and others.

Contrary to what many on here believe, Donald Trump is human, and not perfect. There has only been ONE perfect person that walked this earth, and until He comes back, there won't be another one. Too many of you think that every time Trump farts, it smells like Chanel # 5, and every time he chits, it is a masterpiece. He is just like the rest of us, prone to making mistakes, and I see nothing wrong with criticizing him when he is wrong. I also see nothing wrong with heaping the praise on him when he does good.

Having said that, I'm disappointed that he caved, and there is no way at this time that it is anything but a victory for Pelosi. I think he should have stuck to his guns, and followed through with his campaign promise. I don't see it as 3D chess, or anything remotely close. All it does is give more power to the Democrats, and make Trump look bad. All of which proves he is a mortal man, and not a God as some of you want to see him.
