I got this 6mm Rem ready to shoot last night. No paint, polish, or bluing yet. If it does not shoot well, it will not get any.
The only things unusual about this build are:

1) The scope was centered ~20 moa low. That is what most snipers want, but not me.
19 moa = 19 minutes of angle = 19/60 of a degree.
sin [19/60] = 0.0055
The front and rear scope mounts are 5" apart.
[.0055] [5"] = 0.028" mounts out of level
I cut 0.028" off the bottom of the rear scope base [Weaver #45] and then a centered scope was bore sighted.

2) I combined the recoil lug with the front pillar. The clamping force of the forward action screw is ONLY opposed through the bottom of the Mauser recoil lug.
