Blued 700 long action, converting ADL to BDL with factory parts, stock finished from a High Tech specialties blank, 26" barrel fluted to 3/4ths of an inch sort of the muzzle, factory magnum contour, 1-9" twist, 5 groove, chambered in .240 Weatherby. Optics will be a Leupold 6.5-20X AO fine duplex with CDS in Leupold dual dovetail B&R.
Depending on which trigger (Jewell HVR or Timney Calvin Elite) I put in it, I'll have to open up the trigger guard a bit for clearance.
The theme here is a lightweight antelope rig. I'll have 20 preference points for Oregon antelope next season. Time to cash 'em in.
