i'm a fan of the ruger 77/22. good used ones can be had for $4-500. another $50 for trigger and maybe a little barrel channel work and it will shoot dime sized groups at 50 yards with most ammo. i have 3. only had to mess with one to get it shooting squirrel head groups.
but if you are going the tbolt route, maybe just get a tbolt.
