I've probably had 50 .22's over the last 40 odd years. My favorite is still a little Marlin 989m2 semi auto carbine {M1 carbine look alike} I bought new in 1976. The little bugger is super light and handy, never jams and puts 5 shots on a quarter at 50 yards on demand. It's been a critter killing machine for me and has outperformed alot of rifles 2-3 times it's price.
