I got this last night with my cross bow. LAST WEEK, I think I was watching this deer and he was a beautiful typical 8pt. At first from 125 yrds., I thought this deer had a deformed side. When he got closer, I almost got sick when I figured out what it was. At about 30 yrds.,he got down wind, stopped, and presented a shot. He was quartering towards me, so I had to take it. I shot a little to the left and got him right in front of the shoulder. I've got a Wicked Ridge Invader by Ten Point and used a Rage 2 broadhead. These things are viscous. When he turned to run, his neck was pumping blood like a garden hose.

These boys that hang around this farm are fighters. Every year, I kill bucks that are a little busted up, but this is ridiculous.
