My wifes daughter just bought me some soapstone " ice cubes" that you freeze and put in your whiskey to chill it. They don't melt so no water gets in the mix. Thought of you when i saw them....
Then thought....nooooo...he will have some manner of critique for them..
So I threw them out, iced down my Blantons and mixed it with RC Cola!
You got it right. It's the chill that ruins whiskey, not a little dilution.
