Cook it up in a big pot of white (Northerns?) beans and bake a big pan of cornbread with a good crunchy, brown crust!!
Man is that some good stuff!!

We usually do Pintos with boneless pork ribs, but when we have a hambone it's time for the white beans.
We saved the bone from a spiral-cut yesterday and left the big chunk on the end after the sliced section ran out.
