Why limit your choices to the Ruger or CZ?
Is it because you want a wood handle?
Mine's a Tikka T3 Lite that weighs in at 6.8 lbs with the 2-7 X 35mm Burris Fullfield II. It shoots 286gr handloads at 2420 fps and sub MOA. And, I've never owned a rifle with a smoother action.
In other words, there are other options out there.
