I am with you Isaac, I cannot imagine a conviction based on the evidence presented.........but, I had a client convicted once on less. The old hag that became jury foreman had a real strong personality and a real weak intellect. When I questioned her after the trial why she had voted to convict I was told, "There was just too much doubt." The verdict was set aside, but my fear of those anomaly juries is still real. They are rarer than most would imagine but sometimes you just end up with a wacky jury.
