There's chatter out of FOX Orlando that it's likely 1 or 2 holding out for MS and the others are trying to move them to acquit.
Who knows? If true though, we do have a hung jury as a likely minimum outcome.
The reason my prediction was;"They won't acquit him", was because these women were making up their minds about one thing during the trial.
Did Zimmerman HAVE to shoot Martin?
I think we all have had ample instruction about how it matters not what WE might think, but how Zimmerman thought at the time. SHOCKER: I knew THAT long before Z shot M.
If one of those women went into the deliberation phase convinced he didn't have to shoot him, ain't no power on earth gonna convince her otherwise. At her gut level, it would be like digging little Trayvon up and shooting him again if she allowed another jury member to change her mind.
She might be in favor of a guilty on the Murder charge and be talked into M.S.
But she ain't gonna acquit him.
I'm still of a mind that there is at least one in that room with that mindset.
