I have dealt with those types of outfitters in the past and I'm still here. I have no idea if the poster can. I have given the poster advice on how to handle it thru the forest service but if that does not work ,he needs to figure out what to do or not hunt that area. If God wanted you to walk and carry things on your back, He would not have invented stirrups and pack saddles
