AC is working fine now. New capacitor and new fan motor. Old motor would still run but, it was leaking oil, and since it was already pulled......
Yeah I am curious to see next month's water bill. With wife gone and daughter at college, it's just me. I'm betting electric, gas and water all drop significantly.
