I think that you and I are about the only 2 on this board who find brisket burgers to be the best. In fact, other than 80/20 pork burgers it's about all I will eat now. BTW the pork burgers are simply ground butts but man are they ever good!!!

Might have to try ground pork and brisket burgers mixed.
