Never mind the skinned ankle. How about the guy who called EMS because his back hurt, and they found him standing in the yard waiting for them. When they got to the ER, he told the doc he was ok, he just needed a ride into town to see his girl friend. And he left on foot, headed for her place.
Waste of skin, that one.
