That being said I don't see any problem quitting on the spot under certain circumstances and have done it. Exactly. Aside from negative influence on other employees, costly sabotage isn't unheard of, and is not something companies want to risk. Paul Stupidity has its way, while its cousin, evil, runs rampant.
