For myself it would no doubt be a 375 H&H. Never was in a position to use one hunting so never did buy one.
This is where I am. I've heard great things about the round but just have not needed one with our small southern whitetails. I'd love to have one in a Pre 64 Model 70 or a Ruger #1 so that on the off chance that I get the opportunity to hunt Africa or Alaska, I'll be ready!
