About the only thing I can't abide is a bad trigger. Factory triggers either get replaced or worked on until they're acceptable. I was pleasantly surprised with the ruger american trigger. Out of the box it sucked but a quick internet search showed instructions on how to fix it & it worked wonderfully. It now has a very crisp 2.5-3 lb pull and the cost was exactly zero.

I don't mess with the bedding if the rifle's a shooter, there's no reason to if it's not causing problems. I'm about to head out on a prairie dog hunt with four rifles, all of which are sub half Moa rifles. Only one of them is bedded, the other three didn't need it. If it ain't broke don't fix it.
