Because it doesn't sound like much sense at all to me.
To say that you don't care much about capacity, and anybody who does is a whateverderagatorytermyouwanttouse that lives in fantasy land.......while you're walking around with TWO revolvers doesn't sound like sense. It sounds like old-man-this-is-the-way-i've-always-done-it logic to me. The guy is literally carrying twelve rounds of ammo, then making fun of people who have decided to carry fifteen.
