Any reasonable hunting scope and rings and rounds will keep you under 9. And that’s probably about right for most any guns that aren’t being totted up the steep stuff.
Flute the bolt, ditch the pic bases for Talleys, drop it in an Edge, and you could start approaching 8lb all up if done right.
