I just got a deal on a T3 stainless in 270 Win, and after debating screwing on a 6.5 Creedmoor barrel, thought I’d explore the 270 with this as a do it all rifle for eastern WA state.

Modern ammo is certainly changing things.

The lowly 270 is the poor mans version of the 6.5 PRC if you go with factory ammo. Not much of a difference at all.
