there ya go math i didn't know that in my ignorance of reloading. guess i just figured whatever they load for in loaded ammo was the same bullets you would get if rolling your own. well, it was both the presence of a cannalure AND the copper going all the way to the slightly pointed tip where as the hot cor has a good bit of lead exposed at the tip and no cannalure. school me men on this please as i self admitted my ignorance to the hand loading game.i'd just really like to know which speer bullet is loaded so i could expect performance either getting a passthrough or not.i know that both the hot cor and the grand slam are great bullets.
