When considering a 150 grain bullet for use on deer in my 308 Win; I tend to focus on the Hornady Interlock, Speer Hot Core, and the Speer Grand Slam 15o grainers. I prefer flat based bullet because in my experience they are more consistent performers. Then I focus on the ballistic coefficients (BCs) of the individual bullet.

Bullet ----------------------------BC

Hornady Interlock .349
Speer Hot Core .389
Speer Grand Slam .295

I think any of the above will serve you well. I too like the Hornady interlock design!
