This all started soon after the new PMG took over on June 15. .
It was happening before that in other areas. Mailed a barrel from CO to MI on March 30th, and it finally showed up May 5th. I was hoping it was just a fluke when I mailed the second barrel to MO on July 3rd, shows still in transit. I hope it'll show up someday.
