Yeah, I get the feeling they like things this way, and are in no rush to change back. Soon as any clinic opens in the area that does it the old way, though, they are going to be flooded with customers.



Honestly when it all started I thought the same thing. Worst part of the job is dealing with the owners. I figured it was kind of a shidty bonus lol. Till I actually asked my wife about it, she detailed what a nightmare it is doing it this way.

Next time you take Fifi in for a nail trim ask the people you are interacting with how they like the curbside service. I'd be interested to hear.
