Yep, I think RL-22 is about as good as it's going to get.

I loaded with IMR 4831 for long time before I finally tried H-4831. I don't get quite the MV out of the H but it's a little more accurate.
So I've pretty well settled on these three powders, with H-4831 my favorite. I've never tried
IMR-4350 in it but it's on my list.
