Couldn’t understand it, I’m not surprised.
I don't think the guy that can't figure out a progressive press should be giving reloading advice.

My progressive presses work just fine, as do my turret presses.
Just thought you might need some help setting up your dies, as you seem to have failed on your own.
Is their anyone close to your location that you can contact and have them come over and tutor you.
We have a LGS here that also gives reloading classes from time to time. Maybe you could check with your local guys and see if they can get you on the right track.
You know, there is no need to feel ashamed that you need guidance and support. It will be OK, asking for help is not a sin.
