This thread needs updating.... I just started shooting skeet in a "fun" league at a local range.. ORSA (Oak Rdige Sportsman association) here in TN. wow is this addicting... I cannot wait to get to the range each week... I started out first round ever with a 28... then shot a 35 another 35 and now a 44... the guys there are super helpful giving me tips as we move around the field... been helping me a lot. This sure is gun...
A round of skeet is 25 shots. I'm guessing your league is a 2 round (50 shot) league and the scores you mentioned are based on 50 shots. A 44/50 is pretty good for one's second outing.
