In this case Kyle is the collateral damage for the good that came out of it. He was stupid enough to place himself in that position and because he was a minor set his mom up for a lifetime of liability suits. The Darwin award should be shared between him and his mom, either way two stupid folks are out of commission too.
Ever day we should thank God for men "stupid enough" to sign up to put them selves in harm's way. We probably wouldn't be discussing this in English if it weren't for men like that.
