Zero effort to restrain subject without force.
Misuse of the taser.
Inability to control the subject while taser cycle was occurring.
Inability to restrain subject after deployment of taser.
You and some of the others must have watched a different video than I did. The officer seemed very reasonable and professional to me. I'm glad I joined here. Seems to be a large number of people with internet degrees in law & order, & criminology. Not to mention the others with their expertise and degrees in medical and virology. I may never need to go to the dr or lawyers office again!
