Really and truly, once you get to an L frame, Python, or a Blackhawk size handgun... Just how much strength beyond those does one need?

An N frame .357 can be made nice to shoot.

But realistically, what benefits are there with the weight differences?

I've always had lack of confidence in heavy magnum steady use in K frame revolvers. Especially the stainless ones.

I know they make a J Frame .357 as well. That would be a no-go with me.
