The idea of a rolling power outage is asinine. 30 minutes on and 30 minutes off. Without heat it takes longer to reheat your home once the heat is reactivated, so the result is only 15-20 minutes of warmth.

The power goes off and on at clock times such as
6 o'clock, 10 o'clock, 4 o'clock etc.
I've been in equipment failures and downed lines,
and reconnection isn't at precise times.
Nobody has a good answer, and you can tell who
gets a check from a power company, because their
answer sounds like it came directly out of an
employees training manual
