Yes. Yes it does.
Takes WAY more juice to get the house re-heated
after it's been off so long. You're the first one I've seen

that got the reda$$ that people are complaining.

Funny thing that none can give a logical explanation
for the outages. Many say " downed lines "

The power goes off and on at clock times such as
6 o'clock, 10 o'clock, 4 o'clock etc.
I've been in equipment failures and downed lines,
and reconnection isn't at precise times.

Nobody has a good answer, and you can tell who
gets a check from a power company, because their
answer sounds like it came directly out of an
employees training manual
